Meet Madeline
Madeline Goodwin is a dedicated student who is motivated and prepared to represent the freshman student class! Madeline participated in the Student Government earlier in her middle school career at NEST+m, and has since held leadership positions in her extracurricular endeavors. Madeline is currently a co-president of the student committee at her ballet company. She works to organize events, form policies, and represents the student body. These experiences have given Madeline the strong skills in leadership and government that are necessary to succeed as a Freshman Caucus Co-President. At Stuyvesant, Madeline is an active member of the Psychology Club, Pre-medical society, and the Research Club. She is passionate about the Stuyvesant community and is eager to create the best possible environment for freshmen.
Meet Ayla
Ayla Irshad is a hardworking and devoted student advocate, who is passionate about making sure freshman voices are heard and their needs are met at Stuyvesant. She has extensive experience in student government, having served as a student council representative at East Side Middle School, as well as currently serving as a Budget Analysis Member of the Stuyvesant Student Union. Furthermore, as a member of a rowing team for the past two years, and now at Stuyvesant, she has developed great team building and leadership skills. Through these experiences she has gained the vital skills to fulfill the needs of the student body.
